I think finding something that feels natural to you is key — it is what turns exercise or sports into joyful things instead of things to be dreaded. I often hear people talking about exercising as if it is some kind of punishment and that really breaks my heart. Finding the right activity for your mind and body is the ultimate win — and the prize money never runs out!
