Thank you, Michael Stalcup for hosting this prompt! Reading through the submissions was thought-provoking and inspiring. I loved seeing all of the different ways the poets responded to the prompt and I also loved seeing the different ways the poets approached the sonnet form.

Attempting to write a poem in a difficult form and seeing it through to the end is such a unique and rewarding experience. I hope that all of the participants enjoyed this prompt as much as I did.
